PUBLIC NOTICE
GLENWOOD-GLEN HEAD GARBAGE DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to residents of the GLENWOOD-GLEN HEAD GARBAGE DISTRICT in the Town of Oyster Bay, County of Nassau, State of New York, that a public hearing will be held within the District at the Glenwood – Glen Head Garbage District Headquarters 977 Glen Cove Avenue, Glen Head, New York 11545, on Thursday, September 8, 2011, at 5:00 P.M. for the purpose of conducting a hearing regarding the estimate of proposed expenditures for the Glenwood-Glen Head Garbage District for the year 2011.
This hearing is called pursuant to Section 215 of Article 13 of the Town Law of the State of New York, as amended.
A copy of the estimate of proposed expenditures for the year commencing January 1, 2012 shall be available for inspection during regular business hours at the offices of the Glenwood-Glen Head Garbage District located at 977 Glen Cove Avenue, Glen Head, New York 11545.
